The Melfrom Active Door AF150 heating container maintains a preset temperature of 75°C and has a capacity of 148 litres. It can be powered from the mains (230 V a.c.) or, upon request, from a vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket (12 V d.c.) using an inverter. The container offers great flexibility for transporting GN pans and trays.
Made from polyethylene and insulated with CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane foam, it ensures proper thermal maintenance. This preserves the organoleptic properties of food and minimises the risk of bacterial proliferation.
