The Melfrom Active Door 12-runner heating container features a programmable digital thermostat and has a capacity of 90 litres. It can be powered from the mains (230 V a.c.) or, upon request, from the vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket (12V d.c.) using an inverter. This container offers great flexibility for transporting GN pans and trays.
Constructed from polyethylene and insulated with CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane foam, it ensures proper thermal maintenance. This helps preserve the organoleptic properties of food and reduces the risk of bacterial proliferation.
