What a proud night for us all at CoolKit as we won the highly prestigious Medium Business Award at the Red Rose 2023 Awards at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool.
Our newly appointed Managing Director Daniel Miler, who led the team in receiving the award in front of more than 1,000 business people from across Lancashire, said: “It’s a fantastic achievement and a tribute to each and every one of our wonderful, hard-working staff.
“We have absolutely no plans to stop here and are excited to carry on our growth journey over the coming 12-months.”
Businesses from the length and breadth of the county vied for titles across a range of categories, with only the best of the best, as selected by a panel of expert judges, progressing through to the shortlist and a rigorous interview stage before being rewarded for their excellence.
Judges said of us: “CoolKit is an exceptional business that has shown fantastic progress in all aspects of the business – people, profits, community and sustainability – which have all developed into further strategies to promote CoolKit’s growth.
“There is a sense of focus and a journey of ambition and progress which manifests with good employee engagement, well-defined career paths, customer satisfaction, corporate social responsibility and progression into the export market.”
Event founder Richard Slater, also the publisher of Lancashire Business View magazine, said: “The Red Rose Awards, now in its thirteenth year, are very hotly contested, so CoolKit should be very proud that they have seen off all the competition to win this award!”
