Principal Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the fridging team

Develop and implement SOPs for fridgers to ensure a quality standard is met.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Communicate with customers about their refrigeration system requirements
About you
We are looking for a lead fridge engineer to contribute to our fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key qualifications include strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to conduct root cause analysis. As a team player, you’ll collaborate effectively and bring your F-Gas qualification to the table. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Proven experience in a fast paced / manufacturing environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

F-Gas Qualified
-
Experience in fitting GAH, Carrier, ThermoKing & Hubbard Fridges

Mentoring / Training experience
